Registered users and subscribers can manage their accounts and subscriptions from the account dashboard — https://account.termius.com/.
The Billing section of the account dashboard contains information regarding your plan and lets you manage your billing.
To disable or re-enable auto-renewal for a subscription purchased at account.termius.com, through Google Play or Microsoft Store, click here, then click Manage under the Subscription Details section and choose the relevant option.

A refund is possible within 14 days after the purchase for subscriptions purchased at account.termius.com, Google Play and Microsoft Store.
To request a refund for a subscription purchased at account.termius.com, Google Play or Microsoft Store, click here, then click Manage under the Subscription Details section (see the image above) and choose Request Refund.

You can download an invoice at https://account.termius.com/billing, provided your subscription was purchased at account.termius.com. For that, click Get Receipt in the Transaction History section.
It is not currently possible to switch to a different payment method, while your subscription is active. You can cancel your subscription and re-subscribe using a preferred method.
Changing password can be done in the apps.
From the top left menu choose Profile.
Tap Change Password.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap the name of your current plan at the top (iOS) or your email at the top (Android).
Choose Change password.
It is not possible to change password using an expired trial account.
For more security, consider turning on 2FA authentication with Authy.
You can either do that at account.termius.com, under the Account Details section, or from the apps as described below.
Before enabling 2FA you’ll need to install Authy and link it with your phone number. You’ll be asked for that phone number when enabling 2FA.
From the top left menu choose Profile.
Turn on Enable 2FA.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap the name of your current plan at the top (iOS) or your email (Android).
Tap Two-factor authentication.
If you don’t receive an SMS when registering with Authy, try the call option.
The My Devices section of the dashboard displays devices logged into your Termius account and the latest activity date for each one. Remotely Sign Out, if desired.
If you choose to sing out from a remote device that is currently offline, you will be signed out only after it becomes available online.
To delete your account, choose Delete Account from the Misc page.
