Termius works with resellers regularly. Below are answers to common reseller questions.

We do not sell Pro or Team subscriptions through resellers. Resellers can offer the Business or Enterprise plan with a minimum of 10 seats. You can check current pricing on the pricing pagearrow-up-right.

Reseller pricing is the same as retail pricing.

chevron-rightIs this product sold as a perpetual license or a subscription?hashtag

The product is sold as an annual subscription.

chevron-rightIs this product billed once upfront or via recurring billing?hashtag

It uses recurring annual billing.

chevron-rightHow is the product delivered? Physical box/CD or download?hashtag

The end user, or team owner, must first create a Termius account and start a Team Trialarrow-up-right. Once the team is activated, the team owner must notify us at [email protected]envelope. After the paperwork is complete, we send an invoice and activate the subscription. The team owner can then invite the rest of the team.

It depends on the complexity of the case. If additional support or administrative costs are required for a specific customer, they are negotiated under the Enterprise plan.

No. A contract is not required.

No. An order form is not required.

chevron-rightDoes your software Auto Renew? If yes, what steps can be taken at the time of order placement to cancel the auto-renewal?hashtag

Yes. Please let us know if auto-renewal should be disabled.
