Termius works with resellers regularly. Below are answers to common reseller questions.
What is the price for resellers' cost and is there a reseller discount?
We do not sell Pro or Team subscriptions through resellers. Resellers can offer the Business or Enterprise plan with a minimum of 10 seats. You can check current pricing on the pricing page.
Is this product sold as a perpetual license or a subscription?
The product is sold as an annual subscription.
How is the product delivered? Physical box/CD or download?
The end user, or team owner, must first create a Termius account and start a Team Trial. Once the team is activated, the team owner must notify us at [email protected]. After the paperwork is complete, we send an invoice and activate the subscription. The team owner can then invite the rest of the team.
Are there any additional costs, such as required maintenance or support?
It depends on the complexity of the case. If additional support or administrative costs are required for a specific customer, they are negotiated under the Enterprise plan.
Do you require an order form? If so, please provide it with your response.
No. An order form is not required.
Do you have terms and conditions to sign on your website? If so, please send me a link with your response.
No. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available on the website.
